I don’t usually do movie reviews on Cloaking Inequity, but I thought this review by a friend from high school warranted special treatment due to the films reception and potential importance for the Asian American community. It’s informative and interesting perspective.

  1. We San Franciscans are amused at the movie turning the 1-California Muni bus line into a Marvel thrill ride (I haven’t seen the movie but there’s lots written about that). (On the actual 1-California the chase scene would consist of being stuck in traffic, behind double-parked delivery trucks etc.) But anyway there’s actually a mystique to it and you can read about it: https://www.kqed.org/arts/13902470/shang-chi-bus-fight-chase-muni-chinatown-san-francisco
