Fantastic article and will share with educators that have known this for a long time. The bottom line for me is that monies we give away to corporations for testing must be returned to each neighborhood school and used to fund the MTSS process that, at every Tier, provides what each student needs to progress and benefit from a strong curriculum, strong teachers, and schools that can level the paying field for children based on Zip Code and SES!!!!!! WHy is something so simple so difficult to do????????
