In my latest piece, I argue that it’s time to stop hiring caretakers and start demanding courage. Presidents and chancellors must be more than managers—they must be advocates. Fighters. Defenders of truth and equity. Because the cost of courage is high—but the cost of cowardice is higher.

If higher ed is going to survive this moment, bold leadership must be in the job description.
