I am thrilled to announce that I have decided to open the nation’s first all-vegan in-and-out burger joint right here in Kalamazoo! This has been a dream of mine for years, and I am so excited to finally make this investment idea a reality.

As a vegan myself, I know how difficult it can be to find fast food options that fit with our dietary restrictions and ethical beliefs. That’s why I am committed to providing the people of Kalamazoo with delicious and nutritious vegan burgers, fries, and shakes that everyone can enjoy.

Our menu will feature all the classic burger joint staples, like our signature “Double Vegan” burger, crispy onion rings, and thick and creamy chocolate shakes, all made with the highest quality vegan ingredients. And because we care about the environment as much as we care about animal welfare, we will be using only compostable packaging and utensils.

But that’s not all – we are also planning to offer a range of exciting vegan toppings and sauces, like smoky BBQ sauce, tangy sriracha mayo, and even a special “Impossible” burger made with plant-based meat that tastes just like the real thing!
